Your committee, to which was referred the Order Amending Schedule 2 to the Canada National Marine Conservation Areas Act, together with the Report to Parliament entitled "Gwaii Haanas National Marine Conservation Area Reserve and Haida Heritage Site", tabled in the Senate on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, has, in obedience to the order of reference of Tuesday, June 8, 2010, considered the same and now reports that it does not disapprove the Order.
